As a company focused on sustainability, we do not offer physical gift cards. Our e-gift card is only valid on the COMOBOCA website. To redeem, enter the code provided in your gift card confirmation email into the discount field at checkout. Our e-gift card is Gift cards are redeemable online and at any of our NYC COMOBOCA store locations. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will return to your gift card. If you misplace your original gift card or need help, please contact comoboca1985@gmail.com to have the gift card resent to your email address.

Pilling is a natural characteristic of cashmere due to the fine fibers rubbing against each other. It's not a sign of low quality but rather a normal occurrence. You can minimize pilling by gently combing the fabric or using a cashmere comb.

To preserve the quality of your cashmere items, store them in a breathable garment bag or airtight container with cedar balls or lavender sachets to deter moths. Avoid hanging cashmere, as it can stretch out of shape.
