How to View and Use My Loyalty Points

Here’s a simple guide to help you check your points balance and redeem your points for rewards.


How to Check Your Points

  1. Log in to your account
    Go to cbcashmere.com and log into your customer account(At the right top corner of the page) using your email and password.

  2. Open the Rewards Widget
    Look for the Rewards icon (At the left bottom corner of the page) and click it.
    A popup window from Rivo Rewards will appear

  3. View Your Points Balance
    Inside the popup, you’ll see your current points balance displayed at the top of the Rewards window.


How to Use Your Points

  1. Open the Rewards Widget (At the left bottom corner of the page).

  2. Go to the “Ways to Redeem” section.

  3. You’ll see the different rewards or discounts available for your points (e.g., $5 off for 500 points).

  4. Click “Redeem” next to the reward you want to use.

  5. A discount code will be generated, copy it or click “Apply Code” to use it instantly at checkout.

Tip:

  • You can also save the code and enter it manually at checkout in the Discount Code box before completing your purchase.
  • This reward code can be combined with other store discount codes for extra savings.
