What is your return and exchange policy?
COMOBOCA accepts return and exchange requests that are reasonable and comply with our policies within 30 days of delivery. For policy details, please check our return & exchanges page.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including: PayPal, AmazonPay, and Google Pay. All store locations offer contactless payment and checkout with Apple Pay and compatible credit cards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
COMOBOCA supports FedEx global delivery. For most regions, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time does not include the required processing time, which is usually 2 days.
How to use my discount code?
On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Discount code or gift card.” Type in your discount code in this field. For example, you might enter “COMOBOCA” as the code. After entering the code, click the “Apply” button next to the field to activate the discount.
I forgot to apply the first purchase discount code on my order. What do I do?
If you forgot to apply our first purchase discount code to a qualifying order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can apply it to your qualifying order retroactively.
How do I use my gift card?
As a company focused on sustainability, we do not offer physical gift cards. Our e-gift card is only valid on the COMOBOCA website. To redeem, enter the code provided in your gift card confirmation email into the discount field at checkout. Our e-gift card is Gift cards are redeemable online and at any of our COMOBOCA store locations. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will return to your gift card. If you misplace your original gift card or need help, please contact our support team to have the gift card resent to your email address.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping and delivery policy?
COMOBOCA supports global shipping and offer three different shipping fee options. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your order amount. For details, check our shipping & delivery page.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been shipped, without providing any reason or incurring any charges. To cancel an order, you should send an email to suport team.
My order was marked as "Delivered" but I have not received it. What do I do?
If your order has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received the shipment, please contact our customer support team.

Why does cashmere sometimes pill?
Pilling is a natural characteristic of cashmere due to the fine fibers rubbing against each other. It's not a sign of low quality but rather a normal occurrence. You can minimize pilling by gently combing the fabric or using a cashmere comb.
What is the best way to store cashmere during the off-season?
To preserve the quality of your cashmere items, store them in a breathable garment bag or airtight container with cedar balls or lavender sachets to deter moths. Avoid hanging cashmere, as it can stretch out of shape.

Do you offer customization or personalization options for cashmere products?
At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization services for our cashmere products. However, we continuously explore new opportunities to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback.
What is the difference between pure cashmere and cashmere blends?
Pure cashmere is made entirely from cashmere fibers, while cashmere blends incorporate other materials such as silk, cotton, or synthetic fibers. Pure cashmere tends to be softer and warmer, while blends may offer added durability or unique texture combinations.
