Order Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of Cancellation and Refund: After the cancellation is successfully processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email (sent to the specified email address or the customer’s account on the website). COMOBOCA will refund the amount paid to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.
  3. Cancellation Restriction after Shipment: If the customer receives confirmation that the product has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the product will be delivered as planned, and the customer may return it according to the procedure outlined in the return policy.

 

Customs And Import Duties

  • Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@cbcashmere.com.
  • Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
  • A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
