Color Fading:
Dark-colored garments may experience color fading and shedding during the washing process due to the fabric itself (floating fuzz during production), dyes, and dyeing techniques. This is a normal occurrence. It is recommended to wash with cold or lukewarm water and soak in salt water before the first wear, which can help alleviate the color fading issue of dark-colored clothing. It is advised not to soak the clothes in alkaline water or laundry detergent for an extended period.
Odor:
Due to the immediate sealing packaging after production, it is recommended to air the product in a well-ventilated and dry environment for 1-2 days (avoiding direct sunlight). The product itself does not affect normal wear. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact customer service, and we will promptly address your concerns.
Pilling:
Dear members, all products undergo strict quality inspection and are only allowed to be listed for sale if they meet national quality standards. Due to the craftsmanship and composition of this fabric, pilling may occur. It is recommended to follow the washing instructions to reduce pilling. When there is slight pilling, it can be trimmed with scissors, and for more significant pilling, a fabric shaver can be used for trimming.
Color Difference:
All products are professionally photographed to convey the most accurate information to your sight. Due to factors such as lighting during shooting and differences in viewing devices, the color of the product in the picture may not be completely consistent with the actual product. Cotton:
Use neutral detergent, follow the washing label instructions for hand washing, and separate light and dark colors when washing. Cotton fabrics should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
Polyester Fiber:
Due to the fabric's sensitivity to heat, it is recommended to wash with cold water, avoid prolonged soaking, and hand wash or dry clean.
Modal:
Wash as soon as possible after soaking, and soaking time should not exceed 15 minutes. Avoid excessive twisting to prevent deformation, and do not expose to sunlight after washing.
Wool:
Dry cleaning is recommended. If hand washing, water temperature should not exceed 40°C. Avoid twisting, lay flat to dry, and do not expose to direct sunlight.
Mulberry Silk:
Hand wash recommended, use specialized silk detergent or neutral soap. Do not wash with other clothes, do not wring dry, and air dry in a cool, shaded place.
Lyocell (Tencel):
Wash more gently than cotton fabrics, avoid vigorous rubbing, brushing, or wringing. Water temperature ≤45°C, avoid direct sunlight, and air dry in a shaded place.
Knitted Fabric:
Wash gently on the reverse side, do not use a hard brush. Lay flat to dry.
Nylon:
Use regular detergent, water temperature should not exceed 45°C. Gently wring out water after washing, and air dry in a ventilated, shaded place.
Leather:
Avoid washing leather with water or dry cleaning. For general dirt, use leather cleaning agents or neutral detergents. Wipe clean with a damp cloth soaked in warm water and detergent. Avoid direct sunlight.
Denim:
Before first wear, soak in salt water for 10-15 minutes to fix the color and protect against color fading. Wash with cold or lukewarm water for daily washing, avoid prolonged soaking in alkaline water or laundry detergent. Avoid ironing and direct sunlight exposure.
